Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada only. We hope to open other markets after our first production run.

Rates and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the day your bag leaves our warehouse, not from the day you order. They are not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late, particularly around the holidays and in severe weather.

Pre-orders

The Structured Tote is currently sold as a pre-order and is expected to ship in Winter 2026. Nothing ships before our first production run arrives, whichever delivery method you choose.

If our shipping date changes, we will email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships — see our Refund Policy.

Processing

Once stock is in hand, orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Wrong address or a missed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you don't have it, contact us at hello@bossababy.ca within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
