Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of bossababy.ca and to any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Bossababy operates this store. You can reach us at hello@bossababy.ca.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order, and you must provide accurate, complete information when you do.
Products
Our bags are designed in Canada and manufactured overseas. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can appear differently on different screens, and small variations are normal in materials of this kind.
Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. Payment is taken at the time you order, including for pre-orders.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders, meaning the item has not yet arrived in our warehouse. When you place a pre-order:
- Your card is charged at the time of the order, which reserves the item for you.
- The shipping window shown at checkout is our best estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- If that window changes, we will email you.
- You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
- If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Orders and cancellation by us
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full. We will not charge you for an order we have cancelled.
Discounts and promotions
Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is running and only to the items it names. Unless we say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
Accuracy of this site
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Where information here is wrong or out of date, we may correct it without notice.
Intellectual property
The Bossababy name, logo, product designs, photography and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, including any warranty or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of the province or territory where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
